Jamie Wood is a visionary leader with expertise in brain performance, neuroscience, and business strategy. She is committed to driving strategic growth, building high-performance teams, and scaling impactful, science-driven solutions. At Autonomic, she leads the company’s mission to transform cognitive performance through accessible, neuroscience-based technology.

Gabriel Rodrigues

CTO

Highly accomplished full stack software engineer with over 10 years of experience, including work on three different continents. He has carved out a reputation for delivering impactful results and spearheading technological advancements in various organizations.

Olav Krigolson

Neuroscience Advisor

Dr. Olav Krigolson is a world-leading neuroscientist in mobile EEG. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications, with research focused on human decision-making and learning processes. As a professor and Director of the Neuroeconomics Lab at the University of Victoria, his work advances the use of real-time brain data to better understand cognition and behavior. At Autonomic, Dr. Krigolson leads the scientific foundation of the platform, ensuring rigorous integration of neuroscience into product development, data validation, and the company’s broader evidence-generation strategy.

Clint Schnee is an experienced UX leader who has led design at Xero, Disney, and Hyper Hippo. He specializes in combining psychology and human behavior with product design to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences. At Autonomic, he drives the design of a platform that makes neuroscience actionable and engaging at scale.

Business Development & Operations

Kelsey Pilon is an operations specialist who acts as the execution engine of Autonomic, transforming vision into scalable systems. She leads validator operations, supports institutional rollout, and ensures seamless product delivery. Known for her ability to bring structure to complexity, Kelsey plays a critical role in turning strategy into execution as the company scales.

Data Analyst

Drishtant Shrivastava leads data analysis and dashboarding at Autonomic, transforming platform data into actionable insights that inform product and operational decisions. A President’s Award recipient and top graduate in data analytics, he brings a high level of analytical excellence to the organization.
