She is committed to driving strategic growth, building high-performance teams, and scaling impactful, science-driven solutions. At Autonomic, she leads the company’s mission to transform cognitive performance through accessible, neuroscience-based technology.

Highly accomplished full stack software engineer with over 10 years of experience, including work on three different continents. He has carved out a reputation for delivering impactful results and spearheading technological advancements in various organizations.

Olav Krigolson

Head of Neuroscience

Dr. Olav Krigolson is a world-leading neuroscientist in mobile EEG. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications, with research focused on human decision-making and learning processes. As a professor and Director of the Neuroeconomics Lab at the University of Victoria, his work advances the use of real-time brain data to better understand cognition and behavior. At Autonomic, Dr. Krigolson leads the scientific foundation of the platform, ensuring rigorous integration of neuroscience into product development, data validation, and the company’s broader evidence-generation strategy.
